Potevio, already a broadcast and communications powerhouse in China, is determined to meet with similar success in its Middle Eastern operation.

To this end, the company, which has its regional headquarters in Dubai, is showcasing and displaying its core business products from each of its three divisions: broadcasting, communications and industrial applications. But the company is not just displaying its latest products, it is also giving visitors to its stand a taste of what the future holds.

"We are presenting and demonstrating existing and planned product portfolios, as well as conducting daily lectures and training on various products, in front of prospective customers," Rashid Ali Khan, the new president of Potevio International MENA, told GULFCOMMS Times.

Among the many products that Potevio is focusing on at GULFCOMMS are: portable and fixed DTMB receivers, DTMB exciters, vehicle DTMB receivers, transmission and receiving antennae, CMMB signal generators, CMMB mobile phones, microwave transmission equipment and mini CDMA base stations.

"As we have embarked on our journey in the Middle-East and Africa region, we intend to establish Potevio, previously known as China Putian, as a leading Chinese state owned company providing its products and solutions in the converging industry of broadcasting & telecommunications," Khan says.
